Editing or Cancelling Order


If you placed an order and would like to change your information or cancel, please email us at info@taprm.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Our operations team works as quickly as possible to fulfill each incoming order, so the sooner we know about any changes, the better!

An order cannot be cancelled once shipped. If an order needs to be cancelled, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests made after 1 hour of purchase, may be subject to a $15 return fee.

Address Change Request

If an order has not been shipped, we may be able to complete an address change. We request that any address change be emailed to us at info@taprm.com within 1 hour of order placement. Any request that comes in after that time will run the risk of not being processed as the order may already be shipped out.

Please double check that all order information is correct before completing your order as sometimes information can be auto-filled in due to previous information settings on personal devises.

Also, please know that address changes may also result in carrier changes. We will let you know immediately if your address change also includes further delivery updates.
